Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for an Area Sales Manager at AILGOS. The Area Sales Manager will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, managing key client relationships, and expanding the company’s presence within assigned territories. Daily activities include conducting virtual and in-person meetings with prospects, preparing and presenting proposals, coordinating with design and project teams to align client expectations, and tracking sales performance against targets. The role also involves market research to understand competitive offerings, maintaining accurate sales pipelines and reports, and collaborating with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless project handover from sales to delivery.
The Area Sales Manager will represent AILGOS’s luxury brand values in all interactions and act as a trusted advisor to clients.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales or business development, ideally within luxury interiors, architecture, construction, or related high-end design sectors.
- Strong skills in client relationship management, account management, and stakeholder communication.
- Ability to conduct market analysis, identify growth opportunities, and develop territory plans.
- Competence in preparing and delivering persuasive presentations and proposals to decision-makers.
- Comfort with remote work tools, CRM systems, and digital collaboration platforms.
- Excellent negotiation, closing, and follow-up skills with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- High level of professionalism, integrity, and sensitivity to luxury brand positioning and client expectations.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities, with capacity to manage multiple opportunities across regions.
- Fluency in English; additional language skills relevant to target markets are an advantage.
