In your role you will be accountable for Profit Loss and oversee the full scope of Production, Engineering, Planning Fulfillment, Quality Operational Excellence, Logistics, Service and HR. /ppThe bwork model /b for the role is: #onsite Quartino Plan, CH. /ppThis role is contributing to the bSmart Power /b division in bQuartino, CH /b. /ph3You Will Be Mainly Accountable For /h3ulliExecuting a customer focused operations strategy derived from the overall business and functional strategy developed for the business unit. /liliBeing accountable to deliver 4C targets for Operations: Safety, Quality, Delivery, Inventory, Productivity. /liliBeing responsible for on-time/on-margin project execution and to deliver project EBIT and cash. /liliOwning the development and the continuous improvement of business processes and procedures, and of the overall customer satisfaction for area under scope /liliDriving service achievements through effective planning and allocation of resources in accordance with standard processes, procedures and safety guidelines. /liliBuilding an effective, capable, and high-performing organization. /li /ulh3Qualifications For The Role /h3ulliBachelor's/Master’s degree in Engineering or Business studies.



/liliMinimum 10 - 15 years of experience in operations / manufacturing. /liliExperience of handling factory operations, productions, production planning, SAP exposure, managing work force and vendor management. /liliDemonstrated leadership capabilities, with a collaborative, solution-focused approach, negotiation skills and exceptional written and spoken communication skills in English. /liliKnowledge on Health, Safety Environment (HSE) and business compliance standards and regulations within the units. /liliItalian language skills — advanced level preferred; ability to work effectively with Italian-speaking colleagues. /li /ulpWe are ideally looking for a candidate based in Switzerland. For the right individual, we are open to relocation support.
