Overview

In this role you will oversee ABB's Critical Power manufacturing facility in Quartino, driving overall operations and P&L.; You’ll lead a cross-functional, high-performing team across production, engineering, planning, quality, logistics, service and HR to deliver safety, quality, delivery and efficiency goals. You will implement customer-focused operations strategies and continuous improvement initiatives to meet project EBIT and cash targets. This is a hands-on leadership role with global context and relocation options for the right candidate.

Responsabilità

- Execute a customer-focused operations strategy aligned with the business unit
- Deliver 4C targets: Safety, Quality, Delivery, Inventory, Productivity
- Ensure on-time and on-margin project execution and deliver EBIT and cash




- Develop and improve business processes and customer satisfaction within scope
- Drive service achievements through resource planning and standard processes
- Build a capable, high-performing organization

Requisiti fondamentali

- Bachelor/Master’s degree in Engineering or Business studies
- 10–15 years of experience in operations/manufacturing
- Experience in factory operations, production planning, SAP, workforce and vendor management
- Demonstrated leadership with collaborative, solution-focused approach; strong English communication
- Knowledge of Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) and regulatory compliance
- Advanced Italian language skills; able to work with Italian-speaking colleagues
