Your responsibilities

-

- Oversee and manage financial reporting and analysis for the legal entity, ensuring compliance with local regulations and company standards.

- Provide financial insights to support strategic decision-making, collaborating with senior leadership.

- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes for the entity, aligning with corporate targets and supporting audits to ensure compliance with Italian tax regulations and corporate policies.

- Drive process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs, leveraging automation.

- Professional leadership of the finance teams,



ensuring continuous development of the employees.

Qualifications

-

- Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field. Master's or professional certifications (CFA, ACCA) preferred.

- Minimum 5 years of experience in finance/controlling within multinational or matrix organizations, ideally on engineering or infrastructure projects.

- Strong knowledge of Italian accounting, taxation, and financial reporting, and proficiency in financial software (ERP, Excel, or other finance consolidation tools). Knowledge of MS Dynamics or IFS is a plus.

- Fluent in Italian and English, strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, problem-solving, proactivity, and ability to work independently and within a global team.

Compensation

Basic wage component (gross): 70000 EUR/year

This amount is our minimal offered salary. xbvzest Compensation is determined based on your level, skills, experience and qualifications.
