How you’ll make a difference

- Design advanced solutions leveraging the Zendesk Suite and lead technical implementations, aligned with client requirements and business objectives.
- Consult with clients to optimizing customer service and ITSM workflows, translating business needs into scalable solutions.
- Integrate Zendesk with enterprise systems using APIs, webhooks, and middleware, ensuring seamless connectivity across the application landscape.
What we’re looking for
-
- 3-5 years of hands‑on experience leading and executing complex Zendesk implementation projects.
- Solid background as a Consultant or Architect specialized in Zendesk with strong knowledge of the suite, custom apps and APIs.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work in agile, team‑oriented environments.
- Good command of English, both spoken and written.
- The gross annual salary for this position ranges from €40,000 to €50,000. It may be adjusted based on the candidate’s skills and experience beyond the required level. The role is covered by the CCNL Metalmeccanico Industria (CNEL code C011).
What we would consider a plus

- Holding Zendesk Product/Partner Certifications.
- Experience with Zendesk AI agent.
- Experience in pre‑sales activities, in addition to project work.
- Knowledge of other SaaS platforms besides Zendesk.
