Renesas Electronics is seeking a Snr Staff Digital Design Engineer with a BSc/MSc in EE/ECE and 8-12 years of industry experience. The role focuses on digital power management ICs, design verification, and automation scripting within an expert team.

You will lead design blocks, mentor junior engineers, and contribute to pre/post-silicon activities while working in Sicily/Catania. A premio is eligible based on performance.
