We don't expect you to 'fit' every requirement – your life experience, character, perspective, and passion for achieving great things in the world are equally as important to us. /ph3Job Description /h3ulliPLM Windchill resource 14-16 years of experience in PLM, including extensive expertise in PTC Windchill business processes, solution design, implement /lili14-16 years of IT/Engineering Systems experience with 8+ years of hands-on expertise in PTC Windchill PLM implementations and support. /liliLead business requirement gathering workshops with Engineering, RD, Manufacturing, Quality, and Supply Chain stakeholders. /liliAnalyze current-state processes and design future-state PLM business processes aligned with industry best practices. /liliAct as Functional SME for Windchill modules including PDMLink, Change Management, Document Management, BOM Management, Workflow, and Lifecycle Management. /liliPrepare functional specifications, process flows, use cases, business requirements documents (BRD), and solution design documents. /liliDrive end-to-end Windchill implementation, upgrade, rollout,
and enhancement projects. /liliWork closely with technical teams to define configurations, customizations, integrations, and system requirements. /liliSupport data migration activities including data assessment, mapping, cleansing, validation, and business sign-off. /liliDefine and execute SIT, UAT, training, deployment, and go-live readiness activities. /liliCollaborate with ERP, CAD, ALM, MES, and other enterprise system teams for integration requirements. /liliProvide leadership in issue resolution, risk management, stakeholder communication, and project governance. /liliEnsure compliance with product development, engineering change, document control, and configuration management processes. /liliMentor junior consultants and provide functional guidance to project teams. /liliExperience in manufacturing, automotive, aerospace, industrial equipment, or high-tech industries preferred. /liliStrong communication, stakeholder management, and client-facing consulting skills with experience working in global delivery environments. /li /ulh3About Us /h3pWe're a global, team of innovators.
