You will ensure the accurate, timely, and compliant execution of all operations, with strong attention to detail throughout the shipment lifecycle. /p pPrevious experience in ocean export operations within freight forwarding companies is mandatory, while additional experience in air export operations is a strong advantage. /p h3What you will do /h3 pAs Air Ocean Export Operator Motorsport, your main responsibilities will include: /p ul liShipment management: Collecting and verifying order and shipment information, planning transport routing, and coordinating international air and ocean export shipments for key motorsport clients. /li liCustomer service: Acting as an operational point of contact for assigned key clients, understanding their requirements, providing timely updates, and ensuring close attention to their specific shipping needs and deadlines. /li liDocumentation: Preparing, checking, and managing the necessary documentation (invoices, packing lists,

transport documents, etc.), ensuring accuracy, completeness, and regulatory compliance. /li liMonitoring: Overseeing shipments, updating data in the transport management system, and proactively handling communications with customers, carriers, agents, and internal stakeholders. /li liInvoicing: Validating documentation, managing internal and external invoicing, and sending invoices to customers. /li liReporting: Preparing operational reports and providing feedback to the manager to ensure compliance with quality and operational standards. /li liCoordination: Collaborating closely with the Motorsport team and other internal functions to resolve operational issues and ensure timely execution of shipments. /li liEnsuring compliance with applicable company procedures, safety standards, and legal requirements. /li liContributing to a collaborative, inclusive, and continuous improvement-oriented work environment. /li /ul h3Who we are looking for /h3 ul liProven experience in ocean export operations within freight forwarding companies is a mandatory requirement. /li liAdditional experience in air export operations is a strong advantage. /li liExcellent attention to detail and accuracy in managing shipment information, documentation, and operational follow-up. /li liStrong customer focus and the ability to support key clients with responsiveness and professionalism. /li liAbility to work in a dynamic environment, manage competing priorities, and meet strict deadlines. /li liExcellent organizational, communication,
