Overview
In Italy, lead the market build for an innovative AI-powered influencer marketing platform. You’ll own the commercial strategy, partnerships, and local growth, reporting to the leadership team. You’ll shape how agencies and brands engage with the product, driving strategic deals and long‑term value. You’ll work autonomously to create the playbook, shape market positioning, and build a local team as the business scales. This is a high-impact, growth-focused role with visibility to founders and executive leadership.

Responsabilità
- Develop and manage a robust commercial pipeline from prospecting to close of strategic partnerships
- Establish and expand relationships with media agencies and brand partners
- Own the full client lifecycle, driving retention and expansion opportunities
- Provide market feedback and insights to leadership and product teams for ongoing development
- Partner with leadership on commercial strategy,
market positioning and growth for Italy
- Build, mentor and lead a local commercial team as the business grows
Requisiti fondamentali
- Extensive experience within the media agency ecosystem with a broad network of decision-makers
- Proven track record in cultivating strategic client relationships and driving growth
- Strong understanding of media planning, buying and related decision-making processes
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to build a market and work independently
- Excellent communication, negotiation and stakeholder management with senior-level influence
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, international, fully remote environment
- Self-starter willing to create structure, set priorities and drive results without close supervision
