In this role you drive complex Field Service deals by translating client requirements into scalable Salesforce Field Service architectures. You will lead technical design sessions, demonstrate value to executives, and align scheduling, asset management, and mobile capabilities with the customer’s business objectives. You’ll work with cross-functional teams to prove how Field Service solutions deliver measurable value, shaping deployments at enterprise scale. Responsabilità
- Demonstrate deep familiarity with scheduling in mobile, asset management, and integration technologies
- Understand market landscape, competition, and technical architecture to position Salesforce Field Service as the top choice
- Provide actionable technical recommendations to drive usage at scale in production
- Lead technical design sessions and document domain-specific workflows aligned with client objectives
- Foster customer champions and establish technical credibility through discovery
- Present executive-level product demonstrations and articulate the value of Field Service solutions
- Translate business requirements into solution architectures and roadmaps leveraging Field Service, assets, and mobile capabilities
- Manage technical due diligence and risk management for complex deployments
Requisiti fondamentali
- 7+ years of experience in enterprise software pre-sales, solution consulting, or technical architecture with focus on field service, asset management, or mobile workforce solutions
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Business, or related field; or equivalent practical experience
- Deep expertise in Salesforce Field Service (FSL) including scheduling optimization, mobile capabilities, and asset management configuration
- Proven ability to architect and present end-to-end solution designs for complex, enterprise-scale deployments
- Experience leading technical discovery sessions and translating business requirements into solution architectures and roadmaps
- Strong executive presence — comfortable delivering product demonstrations and presenting technical recommendations to C-suite and VP-level stakeholders
- Demonstrated ability to manage technical due diligence and risk assessment in complex deal cycles
- Familiarity with integration technologies and patterns relevant to field service environments (APIs, middleware, IoT)
- Experience in competitive positioning and understanding of the field service technology landscape
