Задачи:

- Support the analysis of user needs and business requirements, translating them into digital solutions
- Contribute to designing user journeys, user flows, and information architectures
- Create wireframes and interactive prototypes to explore and validate solutions
- Design high-fidelity interfaces in Figma for apps, web applications, portals, and digital platforms
- Work on layouts, visual hierarchies, typography, spacing, components, states, and interaction patterns
- Contribute to the design and evolution of Design Systems and component libraries
- Support UX Research, benchmarking, and usability testing
- Iterate on designs based on feedback, testing, and team discussions
- Collaborate with designers, business stakeholders, and technology teams, considering development requirements and constraints
- Participate in workshops and co-design sessions with clients and stakeholders
- Explore new experience paradigms related to AI, conversational experiences, and generative interfaces

Требования:

- Foundational knowledge of UX Design, UI Design, and Interaction Design
- Good knowledge of Figma, especially Auto Layout,



components, and prototyping
- Ability to create user flows, wireframes, and prototypes
- Good visual sensitivity and knowledge of layout, typography, color, spacing, and visual hierarchy
- Basic knowledge of responsive design principles
- Familiarity with Design Systems and component-based design
- Basic knowledge of UX Research and Usability Testing methodologies
- Ability to explain and justify design decisions
- Good written and spoken English
- Students or recent graduates in Interaction Design, UX/UI Design, Product Design, Communication Design, or related fields, or equivalent skills gained through training and personal projects
- A portfolio showing UX/UI projects and the design reasoning, including the problem, solution development, and key UX and UI decisions
- Curious, proactive, collaborative, and eager to learn and grow
- Будет плюсом: digital accessibility, HTML/CSS, frontend development constraints, academic Design System experience, advanced prototyping tools, motion design, Service Design, customer journeys, service blueprints, interest in AI, Generative UI, and new interaction paradigms
