Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL) is seeking an Assistant Facilities Manager to oversee soft services and support site operations at our Milano on-site location. You will manage reception, mail, meetings, cleaning, waste, and conferencing facilities, while coordinating vendors and assisting with events and safety compliance.

Fluency in Italian and English, strong problem-solving skills, and prior reception or hospitality experience are essential.
