As a Business Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing an organization and designing its processes and systems, assessing the business model and its integration with technology. Your day-to-day activities will include assessing the current state, identifying customer requirements, and defining the future state and business solutions. You will research, gather, and synthesize information to support decision-making. You are expected to be a subject matter expert, collaborate and manage the team to perform effectively, take responsibility for team decisions, engage with multiple teams, and contribute to key decisions. Providing solutions to problems for your immediate team and across multiple teams is a critical part of your role. Seniority: Intermediate Mandatory
