Job Description
Carmove Srl is seeking a Customer Support & CRM Specialist for its team in Mirano (VE). The position is full-time and indefinite-period, with responsibility for supporting automotive dealers using Carmove’s SaaS platform for multi-posting, CRM, websites, lead management, and vehicle-stock publishing.
The role covers both customer onboarding and ongoing support. During implementation, responsibilities include initial platform setup, stock-entry support, Multi-Publisher and CRM configuration, publication checks on automotive portals, dealer staff training, and support during the initial stages of platform use. During the customer lifecycle, the specialist will manage support requests through tickets, email, and telephone, resolve first-level issues, coordinate more complex cases with the technical team, follow requests through resolution, collect dealer feedback, and help customers use the platform effectively.
Candidates should have strong communication and customer-relationship skills, computer and software familiarity,
the ability to learn new tools quickly, precision, organization, problem-solving ability, and teamwork skills. Experience in Customer Support, Customer Success, CRM, SaaS software, Help Desk, Delivery/Onboarding, or B2B support is an advantage.
The salary is €25,000–€35,000 per year, depending on experience.
