Overview In this role you will guide enterprise customers on designing IoT connectivity solutions, aligning Vodafone’s managed portfolio with client needs. You’ll lead the solution from pre-sales through deployment, engaging cross-functional teams and ensuring successful implementation. The role is customer-facing and involves travel to client sites, underpinning Vodafone’s global IoT strategy. You’ll have a direct impact by shaping technical designs and driving wins through compelling solutions. Responsabilità
* Advise and design IoT solutions aligned with customer needs and Vodafone’s portfolio
* Lead pre-sales activities and qualify sales opportunities with regional teams
* Assess solution complexity against Vodafone IoT platforms and network capabilities
* Present IoT designs and workshops, highlighting Vodafone differentiators
* Support sales from RFP/bid to post-implementation and acceptance testing
* Produce technical documentation and secure customer solution approval
* Prepare clear RFI/RFP responses to win bids
* Assist customers during deployments, testing, and feature changes
* Coordinate with delivery teams and partners to drive design to completion




* Travel to customer sites up to 40% within Italy and occasionally Europe Requisiti fondamentali
* BSc or MSc or an IT/EE background (or equivalent)
* Excellent Italian and English (spoken and written)
* Knowledge of mobile network architectures and cellular IoT technologies (LTE-M, NB-IoT, 4G/5G, roaming, private APNs)
* Knowledge of data communication, IP networking, VPNs, security, cloud integration, and APIs
* Strong customer relationship management skills with senior stakeholders
* Self-starter with determination and proactive, can-do attitude
* Strong communication and decision-making skills; ability to balance conflicting interests
* Commercial management and negotiation experience as a technical lead
* Experience in complex change management in a tech context
* Team player with influence and relationship-building skills
* Comfortable in a fast-paced environment with adaptability
