As a Category Manager, you will shape and lead strategic sourcing for Marketing and Communications, driving value through cost optimization, quality, and supplier reliability. You'll partner with cross-functional teams to implement world-class procurement practices and robust supplier agreements. Responsabilità

- Design and execute strategic sourcing initiatives within a global framework
- Advise stakeholders and align procurement strategies cross-functionally
- Lead high-value negotiations with key suppliers and secure favorable terms
- Translate global contracts into locally effective, compliant agreements
- Evaluate suppliers on quality, cost, delivery, and sustainability




- Develop and maintain global/local agreements aligned with company directives
- Drive continuous improvement through cost-optimization and SCM best practices
- Support risk management and regulatory compliance across the category

Requisiti fondamentali

- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field
- 5+ years of experience, including 3+ years in indirect categories (marketing, communications, consulting, branding)
- Proven ability to build cross-functional partnerships and lead international collaboration
- Strong negotiation, contracting, and relationship-building skills
- Solid project management, analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
- Leadership experience; coaching and knowledge sharing
- Fluency in English; strong MS Office, MS Teams, Power BI, SAP Ariba skills
