Reporting to the Reservations Manager, you will support the reservations process, resolve critical issues, and uphold high LQA standards to guarantee an impeccable guest experience from booking to departure.
Requirements include 2–3 years in a similar luxury-hotel role, excellent planning and multitasking, and fluency in Italian and English (a third language is a strong advantage).
