Vestas Taranto factory is seeking a Head of Production Engineering to lead production engineering and drive data‑driven improvements for onshore and offshore wind blade manufacturing.

You will partner with Global Product and Process Engineering to industrialize new products, manage CAPEX, and ensure standards, SOPs, and process validations. Fluency in English and Italian is required; master’s in engineering and Six Sigma expertise are essential.
