I.D. Academy in Rome is seeking an HR Specialist to support daily HR operations and build a strong candidate pipeline.

You will conduct interviews, manage HR documentation, and provide guidance on employee relations while ensuring targets for calls and emails are met. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree and at least 2 years in HR, with excellent communication and organizational skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
