We seek a Technical Service Support 2nd Level to provide 2nd level technical assistance to the local R&C; Service organization, initiate corrective actions via CRM, and coordinate with in-house 3rd level support.

The ideal candidate has service mechanic experience, basic industrial electrical knowledge, and a Diploma in Mechanical Engineering. English and Spanish are required.
