International Finance Controller

We are looking for an International Financial Controller to oversee the financial performance of the Group's foreign subsidiaries, ensuring accurate and timely reporting and supporting the CFO, CCO and local management in business decision-making.
The role combines financial analysis, planning and control with close collaboration with international stakeholders, playing a key part in performance monitoring and Group governance.
Key Responsibilities
Financial Reporting & Analysis: Prepare monthly and quarterly reports, analyse variances against budget, forecast and prior-year results, and recommend corrective actions.
Budgeting & Forecasting: Coordinate budget, forecast, cash flow and strategic planning processes across foreign subsidiaries,



ensuring alignment with Group objectives.
Working Capital Management: Monitor inventory levels, slow-moving and obsolete stock, trade receivables and overdue accounts, identifying improvement opportunities.
Financial Closing: Coordinate and review monthly, quarterly and year-end closing activities, ensuring accuracy and compliance with Group deadlines.
Governance & Internal Controls: Prepare financial analyses for subsidiary Board meetings, monitor agreed action plans and support the implementation of Group policies and procedures.
