Customer Support Specialist Company: Boeing Distribution Services S.R.L. Boeing Global Services, Consumables & Expendables (C&E;) Distribution Business is looking for a Customer Support Specialist for our office in Lonate Pozzolo (near Milano), Italy. In this exciting role, you will coordinate customer inquiries and ensure timely delivery of spare parts and chemicals by working closely with suppliers, customers and a variety of internal departments. Your responsibilities include tracking orders, managing delivery requirements, and resolving any issues to support smooth and efficient service.

Position Responsibilities

- Internal customer support for the sale of consumables (i. e. small hardware, electronics, lighting and chemicals) for the aviation industry for both OEM and MRO usage
- Looking after an international customer base from order receipt to payment and ensuring that the agreed services are fulfilled
- The responsibility for order processing and administration, including regular deadline monitoring in daily coordination with materials management and shipping departments to ensure on-time deliveries
- Regular communication with your customers about the status of their orders and coordinate any changes
- Monitoring returns and processing complaints together with internal teams like Quality Assurance and Procurement
- Being the first point of contact for any escalations or claims made by the customer, making sure to include the appropriate stakeholders and resolving any issue efficiently

Basic Qualifications

- 2+ years of relevant professional experience in customer service in the aviation and/or wholesale sector
- Prior experience within after sales or order resolution in a customer facing role
- Fluent Italian to communicate effectively with external customers and internal teams
- Intermediate English skills to navigate our systems more easily

Preferred Qualifications

- Proficiency in working with common ERP and CRM tools. Particularly SAP and Salesforce




- Proficiency with the MS Office package, especially Excel
- Familiarity with working for an international customer base
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment across multiple time zones and manage competing priorities
- Enjoyment of daily customer contact and working independently

This role is a CBA livello 3 contract. Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.

Summary pay range: EUR 32.200 - EUR 46.000

Work Authorization: This requisition is for a locally hired position in Italy. Candidates must have current legal authorization to work immediately in Italy. Boeing will not attempt to obtain Immigration and labor sponsorship for any applicants.
