We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to support Eightcap’s growth by driving client acquisition, revenue growth and market expansion across the Italian market. This includes developing strategic partnerships, expanding our Introducing Broker (IB) and Affiliate network, acquiring high-value traders and strengthening our brand presence within the region.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the online trading industry, including Forex, CFDs, commodities, indices and cryptocurrencies, combined with an established network within the Italian financial services and trading community, with a proven ability to deliver results in a fast-paced, high-performance environment. This role plays a key part in driving our mission to provide an exceptional experience to both our clients and team.
This is a remote opportunity open to candidates anywhere in Italy, reporting into our Head of Partners, Europe.
- Strong understanding of the online trading industry, including Forex, CFDs, commodities, indices and cryptocurrencies.
- Established network within the Italian financial services and trading community.
- Proven experience in business development, partnerships or sales within the financial services or online trading industry, with a demonstrable track record of acquiring clients and growing partner networks.
- Demonstrated ability to achieve and exceed revenue and client acquisition targets.
- Exceptional negotiation, communication and relationship management skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients and partners.
- Strong commercial awareness and analytical skills, with the ability to assess partner performance, identify trends and develop new opportunities.
- Working knowledge of the regulatory and compliance requirements relevant to marketing and distributing trading products and managing partner activity.
- Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple relationships and priorities in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
