We are seeking an experienced QHSE Lead to oversee quality, health, safety and environmental standards on a major data centre project in Vaasa, Finland.

The successful candidate will lead QHSE implementation across construction activities, ensuring compliance with project requirements, Finnish legislation and relevant international standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead the implementation of project QHSE plans, procedures and management systems.
- Conduct site inspections, audits and risk assessments.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, quality and environmental regulations.
- Manage RAMS, incident investigations, non-conformances and corrective actions.
- Coordinate QHSE activities across subcontractors and construction teams.
- Promote a proactive safety culture through inductions, toolbox talks and training.




- Maintain QHSE documentation and report on project performance.

Candidate Requirements

- Proven experience as a QHSE Lead or Manager on construction projects.
- Previous data centre or mission-critical infrastructure experience is highly desirable.
- Strong knowledge of construction HSE, quality assurance and environmental management.
- Familiarity with ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001.
- Experience managing subcontractors, audits, RAMS and risk assessments.
- Relevant QHSE qualifications and strong leadership skills.
- Professional English required; Finnish language skills advantageous.
