Welcome our guests and support them throughout every stage of their stay, turning each interaction into a thoughtful and authentic experience.
You will join the Reception team at Camping Sass Dlacia and become one of the main points of contact for our guests, from arrival to departure.
You will take care of front desk activities and daily guest support , providing information, assistance, and solutions with professionalism and genuine friendliness.
We are looking for someone positive , well organised , and reliable , able to understand guest needs and work closely with the different departments of the property.
- Welcome guests and manage check-in, check-out, and front desk activities.
- Provide information about the property, its services, the local area, and available experiences.
- Manage bookings, requests, changes, and guest communications across different channels.
- Handle cashiering activities and payments related to guests’ stays.
- Work closely with Housekeeping, Maintenance, Food & Beverage, and other departments to ensure smooth and well-organised service.
- Handle guest requests or issues with care, efficiency, and a solution-oriented approach.
A positive, precise, and guest-focused person with strong interpersonal and organisational skills.
We are looking for someone who can manage multiple tasks and priorities while remaining attentive, helpful, and professional even during busy periods.
Previous experience in Reception, Front Office, or hospitality is a plus, as is knowledge of foreign languages and hotel management software. What matters most to us is communication skills, organisation, problem solving, reliability, and team spirit .
