Glamore Group in Milan seeks a Front Office Agent to welcome guests and manage check-in/out in a luxury setting.

You will work bilingual in English and Italian, ensure seamless service, coordinate with hotel departments, and contribute to memorable guest experiences, with Opera Cloud PMS knowledge a plus.

Eligible applicants should have a higher education in Tourism, Hospitality Management or Business Administration and at least 3 years in five-star front office roles.
