That’s our promise to such a candidate. /p h3A few examples of your responsibilities /h3 ul libSupport our acquisitions. /bSupport and advise our Accounting, Finance, and Business Acquisitions team on cross-border acquisitions, conducting due diligence, analysing and drafting transaction documents, and following post-completion integrations. /li libAdvise on financing capital matters. /b Collaborate with our Finance team to manage debt and equity financing and investments, as well as equity plans and instruments. /li libDraft and negotiate contracts. /bHandle cross-border commercial contracts with vendors and customers—initial drafting and review of confidentiality, consulting, licensing, SaaS,



and other technology-related agreements, while applying your judgment to validate terms and manage risk. /li libBuild scalable legal tools. /bCreate and maintain forms, playbooks, and other tools—integrating AI-powered workflows to support the company’s high-growth business. /li libStay ahead of regulation. /b Monitor legal and regulatory developments and proactively identify opportunities to unlock value and address evolving business needs. /li /ul h3What we look for /h3 ul libReasoning ability. /b Given the necessary knowledge, you can solve complex problems.
