Job Details
- Location: Greece - 100% Remote / Work From Anywhere in Greece
- Working Schedule: 5 days per week, 8 hours/day with rotational shifts between 08:00-00:00
- Languages: Italian C1/C2 + English B2+
- Compensation: €1,045 gross/month x 14 salaries + Performance premio up to 15% subject to target achievement + Fully paid training from day one
- Relocation Package: Flight ticket + 2 weeks of hotel accommodation+Airport pickup + Real estate agency fee covered
Your Responsibilities
- Provide customer support in Italian via phone, email, and chat.
- Handle customer inquiries and account-related requests.
- Troubleshoot issues and provide effective solutions.
- Assist customers with products, services, and platform features.
- Document interactions accurately and follow quality standards.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
What We're Looking For
- Fluent Italian - C1/C2 level
- English B2+ for training and internal communication
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Customer-focused and empathetic approach
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Comfortable using CRM systems, digital tools, and multiple applications
- Good attention to detail and accurate data entry
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Flexible and comfortable working rotational shifts
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, international, multicultural team
