FH Collective Academy is hiring a fully remote Italian-speaking Customer Support representative based in Greece with relocation support. The role offers 5 days a week, 8 hours per day with rotating shifts across 08:00–00:00.

You will handle Italian and English inquiries via phone, email, and chat, document interactions, and strive for high customer satisfaction. Relocation and training are provided, with a competitive salary package and performance premio.
