Cross Border Talents is recruiting an Operations Customer Expert in Lisbon to provide exceptional customer support across chat, phone and email channels. You will resolve inquiries quickly using established procedures and show judgement in handling a wide range of banking issues.

The role requires Italian (C1) and English (B2+) fluency, and at least 1 year in banking or financial services. Relocation support and a €1,000 signing premio accompany a 40-hour weekly schedule with on-site work.
