Overview

As a Site Based Electrical & Mechanical Supervisor, you will oversee Building Services installations for HVDC projects, ensuring constructability, quality, and alignment with schedules and safety standards. You will collaborate with the Civil Construction Manager and site management to coordinate sub-contractor activities and maintain up-to-date documentation. This role is site-based in Italy, offering a hands-on opportunity to shape the delivery of critical building services systems. You will interact with diverse stakeholders to drive smooth execution and compliance.

Responsabilità

- Coordinate on-site BS installation activities per project schedule and contract standards
- Review BS ITPs, ITRs, and subcontractor submissions for design/spec compliance
- Lead or participate in BS-related site meetings with customers, subcontractors, and Hitachi Energy personnel




- Prepare and coordinate BS-related red-lined drawings with subcontractors and engineering
- Ensure documentation for BS scope is updated and used for construction
- Support detailed working plans with Sub-Contractors including resources, equipment, and milestones
- Monitor and inspect BS installations to meet quality standards
- Integrate BS activities with project delivery and quality/safety requirements

Requisiti fondamentali

- Degree-qualified in Electrical, Mechanical, Building Services Engineering or equivalent
- Relevant on-site experience in industrial projects
- Willingness to work in an international, multicultural environment
- Excellent communication skills in English and Italian; French an advantage
- Experience in energy sector projects is a plus
