Numa Group in Florence is seeking an on-site Hotel Operations Coordinator to ensure flawless guest experiences by maintaining clean, brand-aligned spaces and coordinating with Housekeeping, Maintenance, and our remote Guest Experience team.

You will run daily operations, oversee room readiness, manage stock and log issues, and communicate updates to the wider team to keep everyone informed and aligned.
