The Pepper in Trani is seeking an Assistant Cook for its kitchen. The role is full-time, in-person at Via Arcangelo Prologo 33, 76125 Trani, with a fixed-term or VAT-number arrangement.

You will prepare the kitchen line, monitor stock, and ensure HACCP compliance with proper storage, labeling, and hygiene. Experience and relevant certificates are preferred; salary ranges from €1,200 to €1,600 per month with development support.
