Field Sales Representative-Naples

We are looking for a Field Sales Representative in Naples to support the expansion of an international vaping brand in the Italian market.

Location

- Naples × 1
- Sicily × 1

Candidates based in the above locations will be given priority.

Compensation & Benefits

- €1,600–€3,000 per month
- €0.30/km mileage allowance
- Up to €1,000 quarterly performance bonus
- Salary paid on the 20th of each month
- EOR employment model
- Part-time candidates are welcome to apply

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct regular visits to retail stores and distributors within the assigned territory
- Develop new business opportunities and establish relationships with store owners and distributors
- Support product promotion, retail orders and distribution
- Collect market intelligence, including competitor activities, pricing and promotions
- Maintain and develop relationships with existing customers and business partners
- Plan and manage daily field activities and customer visit routes




- Submit regular activity reports and participate in weekly online meetings

Requirements

- Valid authorization to work in Italy
- Valid Italian/local driving license
- Own vehicle and willingness to travel regularly for business
- Fluent Italian and English
- Experience in field sales, retail, business development, channel sales or related fields is preferred
- Experience in FMCG, retail or field sales is a plus
- Candidates with strong communication and business development potential, including fresh graduates, are welcome to apply
- Full-time and tempo parziale candidates are both welcome
