- Mixesingredientssuchasliquor,soda,water,sugar,andbitterstopreparecocktailsandotherdrinksaccordingto Beverage Recipes.
- Servesalcoholic&non-alcoholicbeveragesaccordingtodefinedstandards.;
- Ensuresthattheguestispresentedwiththecorrectorderandthatalldrinksarepreparedandservedasagreedinthestandardoperatingprocedures.
- Maintainsacompleteknowledgeofcocktails,beveragesandwinestoadvisetheguestsandcolleagueswhennecessary.
- Collectsmoneyfordrinksservedandprocessfinancialtransactionsaccordingto Jumeirahcashieringprocedures.




- Ensuresthatallstockisestablishedasperparlevelsandstoredaccordingtothe Food Hygiene Standards.
- Undertakesopening,closing&cleaningtasksasdetailedonchecklists.;
- Maintainsaccurateandup-to-datetemperaturerecordsforallfridgeunitswithinthebarwhilstonduty.

Theidealcandidateforthispositionwillhavethefollowingexperienceandqualifications:

- Aminimumof1yearbartendingexperienceinaluxuryhospitalitybrand
- Proficientin Italianandfluentin English,athirdlanguagewouldbeanaddedadvantage
- Knowledgeonalcoholpairingandtaste
- Foodandalcoholhandlingcertifications
