Themaindutiesandresponsibilitiesofthisroleare:

- Providecourteous,professional,andfriendlyservicetoallguests,ensuringtheircomfortandsafetyduringvaletandtransportationservices.
- Welcomeguestsuponarrival,escortingthemtotheirvehicleandofferingpersonalizedassistancethroughouttheprocess.
- Opencardoorsforguestsarrivingordepartingfromthemainentrance,greetingthemwithawarmsmiletoensureapleasantandmemorablefirstimpression.
- Assistguestswithloadingandunloadingluggage,providingtrolleysupportwhenneeded,andensuringasmoothtransitionfromarrivaltodeparture.
- Ensurecompliancewithcompanypoliciesandstandardsatalltimes,includingholdingavalidUAEdriver'slicense,properlyusingcommunicationdevices,andrepresentingthe Jumeirahbrandwithprofessionalism.
- Reportanyincidents,vehicledamage,ordelaysimmediatelytothe Team Leader,maintainingclearcommunicationandadherencetooperationalschedules.




- Maintainaclean,organized,andprofessionalpersonalappearance,followingstricthygieneandgroomingstandards.
- Safeguardcompanypropertyandmaintainconfidentialityofproprietaryinformation.
- Performanyadditionaltasksorresponsibilitiesassignedbymanagementinsupportofserviceexcellenceandoperationalneeds.

The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:

- Previous experience in a similar role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Polite, courteous, and approachable attitude
- Strong focus on guest satisfaction and personalized service
- Ability to anticipate guest needs and provide proactive assistance
- Skilled in handling guest luggage and assisting with mobility needs
- Proficient in Italian and fluent in English, a third language would be an added advantage
