We are currently hiring Italian-speaking professionals for multiple projects within a leading international BPO company in Lisbon.

These opportunities cover industries such as Social Media, Healthcare, Travel, Hospitality and Customer Experience.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

-

- Supporting customers via phone, email and chat

- Resolving account, payment, order and service-related queries

- Reviewing and moderating online content according to platform policies

- Managing reservations and customer requests

- Processing documentation and xbvzest operational tasks

- Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex cases

- Delivering high-quality customer experiences

REQUIREMENTS

-

- Fluent Italian (C1-C2)

- Good command of English (B2+)

- Strong communication skills

- Customer-oriented mindset

- Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, content moderation, sales or operations is a plus

- Ability to work in a multicultural environment

- Flexibility to work rotational schedules when required
