YOUR IMPACT As a Client Director, you will own Professional Services sales across a portfolio of Enterprise and Public Sector accounts, driving bookings and expanding the adoption of Open Text solutions.
You'll work closely with Account Executives, delivery teams, and client stakeholders to identify opportunities across ECM, IT Operations Management (ITOM), and Cybersecurity, helping clients achieve their business and transformation goals. From opportunity qualification through proposal development, contract negotiation, and deal closure, you'll lead the full services sales lifecycle and become a trusted advisor to your clients.
What The Role Offers Ownership of Professional Services sales within strategic Enterprise and Public Sector accounts Opportunity to drive bookings across Open Text's ECM, ITOM, and Cybersecurity portfolio Direct engagement with senior client stakeholders on business transformation initiatives Partnership with experienced Account Executives and Professional Services teams Involvement in complex consulting engagements, proposals,
and RFP responses Visibility with internal leadership through program and business reviews Opportunity to build recurring services revenue and long-term client partnerships What You Need To Succeed Proven ability to achieve and grow annual Professional Services bookings targets Track record of selling consulting services to both new and existing clients Proven ability to manage complex services sales cycles and accurately forecast pipeline performance Strong consultative skills with the ability to engage business stakeholders on strategy, business cases, and transformation roadmaps Experience developing Statements of Work, Change Requests, RFP responses, ROMs, and pricing estimates Comprehensive knowledge of ECM, IT Operations Management, or Cybersecurity solutions and their business value Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills with both business and technical audiences ONE LAST THING At Open Text, you'll have the opportunity to make a visible impact across some of the most strategic accounts in the market while working alongside a highly collaborative sales and services organization.
