Belmond is seeking a seasoned Engineering & Maintenance Director to lead the division across 13 luxury hotels in Southern Europe. You will drive safety, energy efficiency, and guest satisfaction while guiding renovations, Cap Ex projects, and regulator compliance.

You will mentor hotel Directors of Engineering, oversee external contractors, and ensure Belmond standards are met across heritage properties, with a focus on sustainability and lifecycle management.
