Join us in redefining the boundaries of what’s possible. /p h3Your role /h3 pWe are looking for an bOffices Showroom Senior Designer /b who will contribute to the design, development and implementation of office and showroom projects worldwide. /p pReporting to the Offices Showroom Design Lead, he role will oversee projects from concept development to final delivery, ensuring alignment with corporate design guidelines while introducing innovative solutions that enhance brand identity, functionality and user experience. Working closely with cross-functional teams and external partners,

you will help create high-quality environments that reflect the company’s vision and values across global locations. /p pBeyond technical expertise, this role requires a strong creative vision and a genuine passion for architecture, fashion and design. A deep understanding of design history, emerging trends, materials and cultural movements will be key to developing inspiring, future-oriented and brand-consistent spaces. /p h3Main Responsibilities /h3 ul liLead the design and execution of office and showroom projects worldwide, from concept development to final delivery. /li liCoordinate all phases of the project lifecycle, including feasibility studies, design development, procurement, construction and handover. /li liEnsure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in line with quality and compliance standards. /li liConduct site visits to monitor construction progress, ensure quality control and address project challenges. /li liEnsure all projects comply with corporate design standards and branding guidelines while adapting solutions to local requirements without compromising brand integrity. /li liIntroduce innovative design concepts, materials and technologies to enhance aesthetics, sustainability and user experience. /li liMonitor global trends in architecture, workplace design and innovation to identify and implement best practices. /li liCollaborate with internal stakeholders and manage external partners, consultants and contractors to ensure effective project execution.

/li liPromote sustainable design and construction practices, ensuring compliance with local regulations and company standards. /li liPrepare and present design concepts, project updates and final reports, maintaining accurate project documentation throughout the project lifecycle. /li /ul h3Main Requirements /h3 ul liMaster’s Degree in Architecture, Interior Design or a related field. /li liProven experience managing international office and/or showroom design projects within a complex, multinational environment. /li liStrong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work effectively under tight deadlines. /li liSolid knowledge of interior design and workplace design principles. /li liProficiency in design and project management software, including AutoCAD, Rhino, Adobe Creative Suite and MS Office; knowledge of Revit is a plus. /li liStrong creative vision and passion for architecture, fashion and design. /li liDeep understanding of design history, emerging trends, materials and cultural influences. /li liExcellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to work across different cultures and functions. /li liStrong problem-solving skills, result orientation and ability to work in a matrix organization. /li liFluent English and Italian; French is a plus. /li /ul h3Recruiting process /h3 pIf you are selected, you will be contacted by HR Department to guide you through the specific steps for your application. /p h3What’s In It For You /h3 pIn EssilorLuxottica, you are not defined just by your job title.
