YOUR ROLE
As a Consumer Engagement Intern you will be part of our Consumer Engagement team for Philip Morris Italia and will be reporting to the Consumer Engagement Coordinator. You will contribute to the execution of engagement initiatives aimed at strengthening the relationship between adult consumers and our brands. You will support the implementation of branded experiences, events, community activations and retention programs, working closely with internal stakeholders and external partners. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in consumer marketing within a fast-paced and innovative environment.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
-Support the planning, coordination, and execution of consumer engagement initiatives, including physical events, brand retail activations, and branded experiences.
-Support on-site coordination of activations and events across Italy, ensuring operational excellence and consistency in execution.
-Participate in the development of activities aimed at building strong relationships with consumers and local communities.
-Contribute to the ideation, development and implementation of digital content aimed at communicating and amplifying consumer engagement initiatives across relevant channels.
-Support day-to-day project management activities, including timeline tracking, budget monitoring, and operational coordination across multiple initiatives.
-Support reporting activities and help analyze consumer feedback and engagement results to identify opportunities for improvement.
SKILLS & CAPABILITIES
-Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Communication, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
-Strong interest in consumer marketing, brand engagement, experiential marketing, and events.
-Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills, with excellent attention to detail.
-Proactive, curious, and eager to learn in a dynamic environment.
-Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively both independently and within cross-functional teams.
-Availability to travel across Italy to support events and consumer engagement activities.
-Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
-Familiarity with data analysis and reporting tools is a plus.
-Interest in AI-powered productivity tools (e.g., Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, or similar solutions) is considered a plus.
-Previous experience supporting events, marketing projects, or community initiatives will be considered an advantage.
-Fluency in Italian and English, both written and spoken.
REWARDS & BENEFITS
We offer an Internship of 6 months length, tempo pieno.
For this position, you will receive a monthly allowance of €900.
