Overview

In this role you will work on client engagements as a consultant in the Operations Excellence Program, helping companies improve operations with rigorous problem solving. You’ll receive on-the-job coaching complemented by a structured capability-building curriculum, accelerating your development as an operational expert. You’ll rotate across Industrie-facing projects in Europe and contribute to lean manufacturing and operations excellence initiatives. The role blends strategic thinking with practical execution, within a global, diverse, and high-performance culture.

Requisiti fondamentali

- Master's degree
- Experience in Lean Manufacturing and/or quality and compliance (e.g., Six Sigma, cGMP)
- Proven leadership in work or extracurricular settings
- Willingness to undertake European assignments during the work week
- Exceptional analytical and quantitative problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication in English and the local office language
