As part of a global team, you will contribute to our cultural and agile transformation journey and help drive positive change across the organization /ppWe are looking for a person with a passion for organizational transformation and innovative approaches in culture shaping /ph3How you will support the Team: /h3ulliContribute to various initiatives to a new DAB dynamic culture, including Internal Communities, Agile Days, Learning Week, Continuous Learning programs, and implementation of a new Leadership Model. /liliSupport the creation of frameworks for Strategy, Lean, and Agile methodologies. /liliAnalyze current company ecosystems, including startups, universities, and remote teams. /liliDevelop training materials to support learning and development initiatives. /liliLearn, support, and facilitate agile events and company projects. /li /ulh3Who you are: /h3ulliBachelor's or Master's degree in Management Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, Social Sciences, Humanities,
