In order to support the growth of Senstronic Italy SRL., our Italian subsidiary, we are seeking a Procurement and Purchasing Specialist.
About the Role :
As part of the development of our activities and the implementation of the Group purchasing strategy, we are looking for an Industrial Buyer (M/F). You will be responsible for managing and optimizing our supplier panel to ensure the availability of components required for our production activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement the Group purchasing strategy.
- Define and monitor the purchasing budget.
- Establish and analyze performance indicators (costs, savings,
delivery times, quality).
- Identify, select and qualify new international suppliers.
- Manage a supplier portfolio (electronic, mechanical and plastic components).
- Ensure reliability and diversification of the supplier base.
Negotiation & Contracts
- Launch and manage tenders.
- Negotiate prices, commercial terms and supplier contracts.
- Draft and monitor purchasing contracts.
Operational Purchasing
- Manage purchase orders and monitor delivery schedules.
- Ensure the availability of components for production.
- Manage subcontractors and monitor their production capacity.
- Manage purchasing-related resources (molds, tools and production equipment).
Internal Collaboration :
You will work closely with internal teams including Management, R&D;, Production, Quality, Logistics, Finance and Sales.
Profile :
- Higher education degree in Purchasing, Supply Chain or Engineering.
- Proven experience in industrial purchasing.
- Good knowledge of electronic, mechanical or plastic components.
- Strong negotiation and market analysis skills.
- Experience in an international environment.
- Professional level of English required.
