RS Group is seeking a Credit Control Manager to oversee the Italian Accounts Receivable function, based between Milan and Riga. You will lead a team of Credit Controllers to meet cash collection, aged debt and DSO targets while ensuring governance and high service levels.

Fluency in Italian and English is required, with strong knowledge of Italian AR legislation and local business practices. The role is hybrid, with a multi-market coordination focus and scope for process improvements.
