- Multiple Locations What Professionals In This Area Typically Do
* Providing technical advice on cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, and SaaS solutions.
* Supporting sales teams during customer engagements by designing solution architectures and answering technical questions.
* Delivering product demonstrations, workshops, technical presentations, and webinars.
* Building and validating Proof of Concepts (PoCs) to demonstrate how solutions address customer needs.
* Helping customers migrate, deploy, and optimize cloud environments.
* Troubleshooting technical issues and coordinating support activities.
* Developing strong relationships with customer IT teams, architects, engineers, and decision-makers.
* Maintaining vendor certifications and staying current on emerging technologies.
* Identifying opportunities for customers to expand their use of cloud, security, infrastructure, and managed services.
* Participating in industry events, partner meetings, and technology conferences. We Would Love To Hear From Professionals Who Have
* Experience in cloud technologies, cloud architecture, or related IT environments.
* Knowledge of Microsoft Azure, AWS, SaaS solutions, infrastructure, or cybersecurity technologies.
* Experience delivering technical presentations, product demonstrations, workshops, webinars, or Proof of Concepts (PoCs).
* Strong customer-facing and stakeholder management skills.
* The ability to translate technical concepts into business value for customers and partners.
* A passion for learning new technologies and keeping up with industry trends.
* Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
* Experience working with channel partners, resellers, or technology vendors is an advantage.
* A degree or educational background in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
