Senior Commercial Finance Manager

Overview In this role you will own accounting integrity, financial reporting, and compliance for a multinational entity within EF. You'll collaborate with shared service centers and central finance teams across countries to ensure timely, accurate financial statements and robust controls. You will lead forecasting, liaise with auditors and tax advisors, and support business leaders to align activities with accounting and regulatory requirements. This is a high-impact, international role focused on governance, transformation, and financial enablement for fast-paced decision-making. Accountability for legal entity accounting, GL, AP/AR, intercompany, and treasury for complex multi-entity structures Own the legal entity control environment and ensure regulatory compliance Identify and escalate accounting, compliance, and financial risks Coordinate external audits and manage statutory and internal audits Support business leaders and FP&A; in capturing activities, contracts, and transactions Drive process excellence,



continuous improvement, and control Weakness remediation Coach and manage an international team to ensure quality and timeliness of deliverables Support Board preparation with statutory disclosures 8+ years of accounting experience in multinational environments ~ Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or similar ~ Professional accounting qualification (e.g., Dottore Commercialista, ACCA, or equivalent)~ Strong knowledge of Italian statutory and tax requirements ~ Fluent in Italian and English ~ Experience with Oracle Fusion or other major ERP is an advantage ~ Strong analytical, organizational, and time management skills ~ Excellent communication and stakeholder management at all levels ~ Ability to thrive in international and fast-paced environment ~ Oracle Fusion or other major ERP ~ financial reporting and consolidation ~
