Overview In this role you drive revenue and strengthen relationships with named accounts within the Integrated and Printing Service Group across North Italy. You will develop strategic plans, coordinate resources, and monitor performance to maximize sell‐in results. This position anchors local growth while collaborating with cross‐functional teams. You will contribute to a structured incentive program and operate in a dynamic, inclusive environment that values customer focus and business impact. This role offers a clear path to influence account performance at scale.



Retribuzione / Benefits Permanent contract Gross salary €45.000–€55.000 Variable compensation up to €15.000 Additional benefits and allowances per CCNL and company policy CCNL level 1/Quadro Diversity and inclusion commitments Responsabilità Achieve the sell‐in sales budget for allocated Accounts and related tasks to meet targets Develop, implement and monitor Strategic & Tactical Business Plans for assigned Accounts and coordinate resources Plan and utilize investments to maximise ROI and business performance Monitor, analyze Account data and identify new business opportunities at local level Focus on North Italy, with base in Turin or Milan Requisiti fondamentali ~3–5 years of experience in the role ~ Degree in Economics would be appreciated ~ Fluency in Italian and English (written and verbal); other major European language is an advantage ~ customer focus ~ negotiation and influence ~ effective communication ~ account management ~ sales budgeting ~ ROI analysis
