In this role you guide and manage CI efforts across key value streams to improve quality, safety, delivery, and cost. You lead lean initiatives regionally and are responsible for delivering Yellow and Green Belt training. You work within Littelfuse's culture of collaboration and growth to drive measurable improvements.
