- 06:00 PM (Mon-Sat, rotational day off + Sundays off) Great experience in international customer care and technical diagnostics Assist Italian-speaking clients via phone and email Handle order follow-ups, minor repairs, and customer queries using 3 support systems Fluency in Italian and English (written & spoken) Customer-focused attitude (cross-selling experience is a plus)
